What we do
The Firm
Vardanyan Private Capital Office is an independent advisory and principal investment firm. We take on transactions and capital matters where alignment of interest, discretion, and a long-term horizon are not features to be offered but the very ground the relationship stands on. We distribute no products and manage no pooled funds. What we are is a principal-minded counterpart to the clients and families we serve.
Approach
Long-Term Orientation
We are not chasing transaction volume. We are building a small number of deep and lasting relationships with people and institutions we respect.
Discretion
We keep our mandates and our clients private, though we may share transaction details selectively, where agreed.
Alignment of Interest
Where we can, we put our own capital alongside our clients'. Our economics are tied to outcomes, not to activity.
Focus
We concentrate on regions where private capital is active but where the global advisory houses offer little depth or continuity. Our sector experience runs deepest in financial services, healthcare, and consumer businesses. At any given time, we work with only a small number of clients.

Masis Vardanyan
Founder & Managing Partner
Masis Vardanyan founded Vardanyan Private Capital Office to bring principal-minded advisory to a region the global houses have left underserved. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and has spent his career at the intersection of M&A, special situations, and private capital. He served as Investment Director at a regional healthcare investment firm and has held board-level positions at a leading Armenian insurance and healthcare group, with responsibility spanning mergers and acquisitions, finance, and strategic projects. His work runs from transaction structuring and capital raising to the governance of family- and founder-owned businesses.
